Clear Expectations. A Supportive Learning Community.
School Policies
Champion Academy is committed to providing a respectful, engaging, and academically rigorous learning environment. Our school policies support student growth, encourage personal responsibility, and maintain a positive community where every student can thrive.
Academic integrity
Learning with honesty and integrity.
Students are expected to complete their own work and give appropriate credit when using the ideas or work of others. The inappropriate use of artificial intelligence, plagiarism, unauthorized collaboration, or other forms of academic dishonesty may result in academic or disciplinary consequences.
Student expectations
Policies that support responsible learning.
Champion Academy encourages students to take ownership of their learning while receiving regular feedback and guidance throughout the school year.
Attendance & Participation
Students are expected to attend scheduled classes, complete assignments on time, and communicate with teachers when circumstances affect their coursework.
Academic Expectations
Students should complete coursework with care, meet deadlines whenever possible, participate respectfully, communicate when support is needed, and demonstrate steady effort.
Technology & Responsible AI Use
Digital tools and AI may be used when appropriate and permitted by the teacher. Students are expected to demonstrate independent thinking and acknowledge AI-assisted work when required.
Student Records
Champion Academy maintains official academic records with care and confidentiality, including transcripts, report cards, grades, earned credits, and graduation progress.
Enrollment and withdrawal
Clear responsibilities when families enroll or plans change.
Enrollment is confirmed after required registration materials have been completed and tuition arrangements have been finalized. Families receive detailed enrollment information, payment schedules, and program expectations during the admissions process. If a family is considering withdrawal, we encourage an early conversation with the Admissions Office or Academic Advisor. Refunds and enrollment adjustments are handled according to the enrollment agreement.
Champion Academy
Students do not have to choose between academics and creativity. At Champion Academy, they can build credits, projects, portfolios, and college readiness together.
Community expectations
A respectful learning environment helps every student grow.
Champion Academy values kindness, responsibility, curiosity, and respect. Students are expected to contribute positively to the school community by treating classmates, teachers, staff, and visitors with courtesy and consideration.
Questions about school policies
Common questions from families.
What happens if a student misses class?
Students should notify their teacher or advisor as soon as possible. Missed assignments should be completed within the timeframe established by the instructor. Extended absences may require an academic support plan.
Can students use AI tools for assignments?
Champion Academy encourages responsible and ethical use of AI as a learning tool. Unless otherwise directed by the teacher, students must demonstrate original thinking, properly acknowledge AI-assisted work when appropriate, and comply with each course's academic integrity expectations.
What happens if a student violates the Academic Integrity Policy?
Academic dishonesty, including plagiarism, unauthorized use of AI, cheating, or falsifying work, may result in assignment failure, academic review, disciplinary action, or additional consequences depending on the nature and severity of the violation.
How does withdrawal from a course work?
Families considering withdrawal should contact the admissions or academic advising team before making a final decision. Depending on the student's circumstances, alternatives such as schedule adjustments, academic support, or course changes may be available.
How are parents kept informed of student progress?
Parents receive regular communication regarding academic progress, grades, and teacher feedback. Families are encouraged to maintain ongoing communication with advisors and instructors throughout the school year.
